The hotel manager (Mike) was welcoming, and responsive (within the limits of what could be done during our stay). The matresses were cheap, uncomfortable, and poor quality, with only a thin sheet on the bed (no blanket or bed cover). Combine that with the hotel location on the main road on a hill, and sleep was almost impossible. The windows in our room could not be shut, so road noise (trucks and motorbikes accelerating up the hill), and the dogs barking made for a long night. We checked out the next day, even though several days were paid for. Mike refunded one of those days, and I saw later he was already changing the windows out. I hope your stay will be more enjoyable than ours.

In the service industry we know not everyone can be pleased, there are guests that will always complain. But we will keep trying to meet their needs. The mattresses are new, and we cannot control your body type for a specific kind of mattress. Some will find it firm while another will find it soft. Bryan's reservation was for 3 nights. He reserved one bed room and then later asked if he can be placed into a room with 2 beds because his adult daughter was joining him. So we upgraded him and did not charge him extra. He checked out on the second day and requested a refund. We were generous to give him the one day he did not stay.

The owner of max rooms is super friendly and helpful he gave us great recommendations Even though the rooms are basic the price is very reasonable

Good value for the Money. Dogs next-door would not stop barking so the manager went over to talk to the neighbors which I thought was very nice. Mike was awesome to work with very responsive.

The friendiness and convenience of the tenant Mike. Bed and sofa were moderately confortable. Shower was excellent. A fridge was included. Ratio quality/price was excellent.

Best economical accommodation in Cayo

Great location,cold air, hot water, laundry, and breakfast/lunch concession on site. Mike is a great host very accommodating and friendly. Best economical accommodation in Cayo.
