Very impressed. The room is very clean. Staff are very nice and friendly. From now on, we will stay at Holiday Inn express and suite wherever we’re in San Jose California. Top notch!! Keep up the good work 🙂

I liked that the property was clean and safe and had good location because how close it was to my event, however the service was terrible, before checking out the employee came up and asked what room we were from and questioned us checking in because she wasn’t the one that checked us in. So rude.
