Hotel was pretty and well maintained. In the room; Chairs were dirty, shower pressure was also bad and toilets had a hard time flushing, had to flush 3 times at least for just pee. The Iron in the room also barely worked and leaked a lot, maybe change it out with a new one.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. It was our 26th anniversary and they made our visit special. They upgraded our room and sent us a gift. They made us feel special and we truly appreciated the treatment. Room was very clean and comfortable and a great location for our plans. Thanks Signia San Jose, we will be back.

Property was beautiful. Room service was only available after 10 am, no Option for anything earlier. Had to leave property for snacks, coffee etc which made it a bit more difficult. Overall a 5 star. Stay.
