We had a lovely stay, great location, food and vibe at the bar is lovely, room was spotless Only hiccup was we were having issues with the shower that were not addressed Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

My Experience

I’ve always wanted to stay here and finally got my chance. We checked in just fine but when we got to our room the toilet wouldn’t flush. They sent someone up to fix it, apparently the first guy couldn’t fix it so they sent someone else. We were stuck in our room waiting for this toilet to get fixed and didn’t get to go out and experience the nightlife. Finally after about a hour the tech said he was going to move us to another room. By then it was almost midnight and we were tired, didn’t get to enjoy downtown San Jose like we originally planned. Staff was friendly just not happy about my experience.

Very nice and clean hotel

The hotel is really nice. We felt very pampered even though we were there for just one night. Bartender, Tee, was very hospitable. She could make conversation with anyone at the bar. Hotel room was really clean. Although we forgot to take advantage of the complimentary tea and coffee, it was nice that it was there for us.

Very uncomfortable & cold hotel to stay. The worst was the automatic light switches, which had no “off” button in the bathroom. Glaring, prison-like” lights would blaze on - 24 hours day. And most ppl have to use the bathroom at least in the night. There were hardly any towels either; so my husband and I had to share a bath towel the first morning. Since no one answered the phone at the Frint Desk.
