Room was not at all sound proof. I can hear the chair being dragged around from room upstairs throughout the night. Also had a leak directly over the bed that ruined my rest and all that they did was to waive a $45 destination fee without even an apology.

Overall for the condado area, it's a good hotel. The $45 dollar credit for drinks and food is a nice touch but can be confusing depending on the time you check in. If you're looking for mid tier hotel close to the action, it's a great choice.
