What a beautiful no frills boutique hotel centrally located between beaches, artsy districts, and a bus ride away from Old San Juan. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but a homey family run accommodation with beautiful surrounding plant life a pool and balcony to spend your warm nights. I would stay here again.

They accommodated perfectly well, check in on us each day We got moved to their sister hotel Acacia their staff also treated us well Ricardo son was also amazing! I really did like and appreciate the antique vibe of the property and we'll kept it was. My ONLY criticism would be the lack of parking in the area since the property itself doesn't have any. Front desk was VERY professional.

The property looks nice but severely dated. I didn’t have hoy water and it took days before it was addressed, there was only one key per room and the staff wasn’t helpful. I’m disappointed in the service and how the staff made me feel bad for asking for basic services. For the cost, I would go elsewhere than spend it here again.

We booked this hotel for my boyfriend’s graduation trip. Once we arrived, we found that the hotel looks nothing like the pictures that were advertised on Expedia. We were disappointed in our room and fortunately we were able to communicate with Ricardo at the front desk who was able to upgrade our room for a few days. The new room that we were in was much more enjoyable and pleasant. And Ricardo was able to keep us in that room for our whole 7 night stay! He was very understanding, communicative, and reliable. Ricardo also gave us a list of places to try and go to while we were in Puerto Rico and we were able to hit almost every single one and were not disappointed! Overall, the stay turned out great thanks to Ricardo and we enjoyed our 7 nights in Puerto Rico!

Yvelisse, Ricardo and staff were amazing. They were very welcoming. They made sure I had my cup of tea every day and access to community sun protection, hairspray, etc. My cousin and I were able to walk everywhere but also had rented a car since we went to other parts of the island. Parking is a bit tough but we found parking either half block to 2 blocks away so it was not too bad. :) Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

the property was nice an clean, staff was friendly. Location was perfect since we were driving, we did not struggle to find parking on the side roads. It was also easy and inexpensive to take Ubers back and forth during the night. The walls were a little thin and we could hear some of what was going on in the room next to us. Power went out and didn't noticed because of generator. I would stay here again

The first day I got there, the experience was bad! I we had a rental car, not knowing the hotel doesn’t have parking. Called the hotel to ask where to park the car. They told me, I have to park on the street. I drove around the hotel for two hours. Couldn’t find a spot. We ended up went to a gas station. The owner of the gas station was nice enough to let us parked , but at 6am, we got to move. We landed at 5pm. We waited 2 hours for the shuttle. 1 hour for the rental car. It was around 9:30, we made it next to the hotel, but we couldn’t get inside. By the time we parked the car it was already 11:40. The hotel was good. The front desk agent, some of them were great! Especially Ricardo, Joanna, and the third shift agent. I don’t remember his name. But the restaurant was a nasty! The smell was terrible! We got in there, my mom almost vomit! We don’t even seat down. Everything about the restaurant was bad. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant!
