Located in the heart of Isla Verde Beach, walking distance to many 5 star restaurants, fun beach bars, markets & nightlife. Located 10 mins from SJU Airport and 12 mins from Old San Juan. It has a dedicated parking for 1 vehicle. Building has 24/7 security, a beachfront pool, tennis & basket court.

All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

One and Done

We recently spent a week at Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West Tower), and while the location and views were fantastic, the overall experience was underwhelming due to multiple issues with the unit and the host’s lack of attentiveness.Pros: Location – The condo is conveniently located in Carolina, just 20 minutes from San Juan/Old San Juan and 45 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and a Walgreens is right across the street for essentials. Ubers are readily available, so a rental car isn’t necessary unless you plan on traveling frequently. View – The condo is beachfront, and the ocean views are absolutely stunning! By far, the best part of the stay. Housewares – Plenty of basic kitchenware for two people.Cons: Appliances – The refrigerator and freezer doors wouldn’t seal properly. Closing one would pop the other open, requiring constant checks to ensure they were shut. Hot Water – The hot water was unreliable, fluctuating between lukewarm and cold in the bathroom sink, kitchen sink, and shower at various times throughout the stay.This unit was very basic and cheaply furnished, from the furniture to the towels. While the beachfront location and view were the only redeeming qualities, the numerous inconveniences, lack of maintenance, and poor communication from the host made for a disappointing stay. We would not return unless this was the only option.

This listing did not disappoint! The view of the ocean was great. I was extremely happy with how clean and well stocked the apartment was. Most importantly, we felt secure in the building. What impressed us most was the travel guide waiting for us on the dining table filled with tips of what to try and where to go. We could tell this owner takes care of their property. We would definitely book this room again.

My husband and I had a nice time. We were not thrilled with the location. I got very noisy at times. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Beatrice responded quickly when we had an issue with the toilet. The location of the unit was not ideal for us. We would've preferred a location that was a little more quiet but all in all, it was a good experience.

So Beautiful!

It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this place was perfect for us. I was nervous, but the property was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, the beachfront was fabulous, and it was so easy to walk or use an Uber to get anywhere else. Beatrice, the property manager was great. She provided so much useful information prior to check in. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very nice condo in a wonderful building and fantastic location. It is just as advertised. The best part is being right on the beach! Beatrice, the manager, was very helpful. It was very convenient to have a parking place included with the rental. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing experience

My stay in the gorgeous place was more than I could have asked for. The view is incredible and extremely peaceful, the security is friendly and helpful, and Beatrice was an amazing host. Not only did she provide great recommendations on activities and restaurants, but she was in contact with me and available to help during my entire stay. She checked in several times to make sure everything was ok, and was quick to respond and address any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be going back to stay here in the future!
