Basic hotel. Not sure what makes it a resort. ($420 resort fee). Good location. Has a pool with free towels. Bottomless drinking water. No where to put your clothes with only one small 2draw dresser. No mini fridge. Food and drink services are way overpriced. As listed no ocean front swimming.

It was pleasant enough in some ways. However, the elevator was broken but still running with a bent piece of metal inside the elevator itself. It was loud and clanking and honestly, it was scary. It's adults only but there was a mess of 18-21 year olds running around up on the 10th floor. Marijuana was being smoked out by the pool during day hours as well as in the night time. The people on the 10th floor beside us were yelling and making a lot of noise on and off all night long. I felt like I couldn't get the door locked and blocked enough times for this not to bother me. We spent more time walking around and going to a bar down the street that was much more aimiable.

Amazing view from the rooms with great infinity pool. If your wanting to swim in ocean though you will need to travel to another beach thought because the beach right off property is not safe to swim in due to large rocks and ripe tides. Lots of places to walk to for food but if your looking for authentic island food you’ll want to go deeper into island for real experience. Loved it and will be going back

The hotel was in a great location. We had a little adjustment needed and Juan (the comptroller) happened to be on duty. He was excellent, acknowledged our problems and immediately addressed each one. He’s well versed in Hotel management and truly turned the vacation around for us with some simple solutions! The pool is fun, the staff at the front were helpful and even hugged us as we departed. Great stay!! Thank you Condado Ocean Club!

I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Andros and Issac in Valet were extremely helpful and friendly. The House keeping was very prompt and thorough. The views from this property excellent. Just beautiful gorgeous. I will definitely recommend and I will be back.
