Perfect location! First time in Puerto Rico and this place was awesome! Super easy check in, Alice was very helpful & communicative, she even had our room ready early. Location was super safe, great food coffee nearby, ability to take the bus to Isla Verde beach and walk to shops.

It really is cozy and comfortable!!

This place is the real deal. The location is absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach and many great restaurants. It was absolutely spotless as well. Definitely a smaller studio, but it was everything I expected from the description and photos. The small amenities (like toothpaste and coffee) were a welcomed touch. I'd totally stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

Awesome location & great service. Host was awesome in sharing information when I check in and made sure we settled in. The condo is right next to the beach. It’s walking distance to a lot of stores and it’s also quiet. Definitely will be booking our next stay with Alice!

Small but is what we needed

The location of the property in San Juan was perfect for us. Super close to Old San Juan, close to restaurants, right in the corner of the beach. The owner was so nice and easy to contact. The apartment is small, there is no privacy so if you go make sure you go with someone you really know, but it's perfect for us (I went with husband and baby). The building is the oldest in the area but like I said, it really worked for us. We didn't stay in much because we wanted to see everything and honestly, I have no complains, the place is what we needed! Clean, equipped with everything and the owner was awesome. Thank you!!!
