The lobby area is outstanding. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. This is the third time we stay here. We did notice the room and areas are not being kept up as they used to before it changed ownership. Kudos to Nasheli in the pool area!

Staff was rude, rooms are horrible and dirty, outdated, I was moved 2 times from room , first one was flooded, second one was extra dirty. Overall do not recommend this hotel, staff not friendly.

i did not like anything i am sure i may never return if some improvement are done room service very bad house keeping terrible the bar in the entry making pre made pina colada drinks re dik u lous!!!!!!

The area is not the same as years ago. Does not seem as safe anymore but the Hotel and amenities are awesome.

1st time visiting. My husband and I. We were there for 5 days. We asked for house keeping twice, only twice. 2nd time, they never showed up. We had to go to the front desk to ask them to take us what we needed. You need to make sure, to double check, your ticket when you dine-in @ their restaurants, They will charge you a 20% tip, automatically, even though you leave a tip. Take your refillable water bottle. There’s no complementary water in the rooms. Only some refillable water bottles for the water stations out side the rooms, that I’m sure they were very pricey, but, I had no choice. Don’t check out from the room make sure they give you a detailed list of your charges. I made the mistake of checking out from the room, for convenience, at checkout there was one amount, when I checked my bank account there was a higher amount. Disappointed

Amazing stay!

We loved this hotel for our honeymoon! The pools and beach setups are amazing- very good service from setting up chairs and serving food/drinks. The lobby bars and casino are fun at night, it’s very lively on the weekend! We ate at the beach club and Cana and really enjoyed everything we had. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms could use an update. The hotel also touts its eco friendliness but doesn’t have anywhere collecting compostable material (so they just go to the regular garbage).

The outdoor beach and pool areas were fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms, however, could use some updating and a bit of polish .
