Second time I’ve stayed here and I absolutely love that it has both pool and private beach access. Could use more umbrellas on the beach but the property and service are 10/10. Looking forward to my next stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and completely relaxed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with palm trees and birds everywhere, creating such a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. The pools were huge, clean, and inviting. One of the highlights was being able to swim at night, which made the experience even more magical. There were also gift shops, complimentary drinks, and a good variety of food options that made dining easy and enjoyable. The resort was also very convenient. Transportation was available to and from other destinations, including the airport, and the tour desk made it simple to book excursions, activities, and rides whenever needed. Overall, it was an exotic and relaxing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, and stress-free getaway. I can’t wait to return!

This resort was really nice. We loved the restaurants and all the staff. We went to Nectar twice, Rangel and a server with really nice curls were amazing! We tried Prime and OMG! the steak was amazing along with the drinks. We also went to Nori and the sushi was good but I really didn’t care for it like the other restaurants. Then we were welcomed one morning by a bartender at the hotel lobby by the name of Benjamin. He was amazing! He was good vibes and he didn’t just serve us drinks his drinks tasted so good! I loved his coconut mojito and my husband like his mango margarita. The guys that faves rides in the golf cars were a good vibe. I do wish we knew about the hidden deposit fee. We charged $100 per night as a deposit. Front desk said that we would get that in return. That was a lie, we got charged a resort fee for each day we stayed. On some days we got charged $35.43 and $46.02. I didn’t like that because the guy the front desk that checked us in said we would get it back. Overall this resort is amazing and I will be returning.

The resort was beautiful! Would recommend other places for food options! The restaurants on site are.. fine. Difficult if you have food restrictions. Visit San Juan if you can. Or Los Kioskos at Luquillo Beach.

Huge resort! Too big to get around without needing a golf cart. Pools were too warm. I’m a beach goer, I was really sad to see that the beach is not swimmable. Good thing there’s an amazing beach 20 minutes away. Food is so dissatisfying , I suggest go out to the local bakeries and kiosks. Hotel is a not a party hotel, it’s more for a relaxing vacation. The staff go beyond and above to ride you around and that was a plus. Best bed ever!! I would come back if I had a car rental.
