The room was very nice and clean. The resort is beautiful. Great service. One complaint - there is only one distribution point for towels for the pool/beach for the entire resort and per their policy - they only give towels to people present so you can’t pick up towels for the family - you need to bring everyone which is quite an unreasonable policy for an upscale resort. The reason my rating is not an 5 is because of the food. I would have expected a much better quality from a non all inclusive high end resort, particularly given its distance from public places. The restaurants in the resort were quite bad both in terms of food quality and wait time for the food. At some point we gave up and went out for dinner. I would definitely recommend an upgrade there.

Everything was almost perfect! The pool, the room, the people, the beach and everything else was beautiful. The only thing that needs to be improved is the A/C. The A/C fan was noisy.

They did not walk us through all the facilities and options available. Since it is away from main town they need to provide more food options like fast food and vegan options. At least a microwave to the room on request will help.

Everything was wonderful except for the lack of management and excessive billing. Not only did they bill my card for the entirety of my stay, that I had already paid for but they refused to reimburse their error.

The room was clean with a view of the ocean if you were standing sitting verandah chair you only see the wall chairs should be slightly taller staff around resort were very courteous though alot of garbage laying around constant power washing around pool area annoying coming on vacation from the snowy north pool water temp could have been much warmer
