Exactly what I needed for an in/out stay by myself. Room has a microwave, fridge, Wi-Fi, smart tv and AC. There is a bathroom with shower. Please note there are no utensils or dishes so you will need to bring your own. There is no bottle or can opener. Super close to food, grocery store and the beach. Would Definitely stay again.

Small, roach-infested, heavy bleach smell. We left immediately after arrival. The host was kind enough to give us a refund. Also a general comment on the area: although it appears close to the beach, there is no public access for miles as far as I could find.

The room was clean but towels had a bad smell.. the sink was leaking, no coffee pot or hair dryer, the tv had such low volume that it was great to see anything.. the area was great alot of places to eat... maybe the other rooms where better.. unfortunately this one was not but still not so horrible..

Deplorable Conditions – Should Be Condemned This property was absolutely deplorable and should not be listed for rent. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The entrance was filthy and chaotic, with dirty surfaces and a complete lack of upkeep. Inside, it only got worse—floors were grimy, the sheet had a hole in it, and the overall cleanliness was nonexistent. The room itself was in horrible condition: cracked walls, random patches of different paints, and a general sense of neglect and disrepair. It felt completely unlivable and unsafe. While the location was convenient and the manager responded quickly, that’s where the positives end. The state of the property made it impossible for us to stay but we had no choice. We attempted to contact Expedia to cancel and book a new place but were unsuccessful. This property should be taken off the platform. It is a disaster and a complete misrepresentation. Travelers beware.

The room was a decent size, it has an outdoor courtyard, with seats. The bed was not all that comfortable, hence the 4 stars. Its thin and my sciatica flared up. The AC works well, the tv was nice and big and the fridge was cold. Key was easily accessible and Anthony replied to emails and questions so quickly!

Clean, simple and convenient

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place smelled, obviously the cleaning people had come there just before I arrived. For me, the place was perfect. It’s a one room and bathroom with a refrigerator and a microwave and TV on the wall. Wi-Fi was great in the room too, If you really need it I personally did not stay there too long as I was out and about. It is conveniently located to great restaurants which are in walking distance
 Also not far from San Juan and the beach access is right up the road a short drive too. The owner was very responsive in providing address, and check in procedures.

Great Location and Nice Room!

As a solo traveler, I was very nervous to stay in a Vrbo but I had a great experience! The host was quick to respond and was very flexible, allowing me to extend the booking date and check out times. The place was clean and it comes with some beach towels which was very convenient. The only thing is that there wasn't hot water. But other than that it was fantastic!

Super safe, so close to the beach. Loved the ability to walk everywhere! Note that this is a room so the space is small, but you will have access to a very decent sized refrigerator and a microwave. The shower did not have hot water, but it was tolerable as PR is hot! AC worked really well.

The description is accurate. A great place for a couple to stop and go before or after the airport stay. Great location! Next to food, beaches and grocery. Easy to find and easy to checkin.
