Ocean view room amazing, you can hear the sound of the ocean all night, very close to the beach. Restaurants are in walking distance, very very good for options. Very nice hotel great location. They do have a resort fee of 288 and also a incidental hold for 400. Nice quiet relaxing hotel overall

Phenomenal. Only downside is that if you have an ocean front room facing the pool and they bring artists to perform, it will be loud at night. However, the staff was friendly, helpful and made my entire experience. Love this place and will return.

The thermostat when it’s completely turned off. The room feels like an ice box and still set at 64 degrees which is too cold. I think the thermostats needs to be adjusted better to set for suitable temperature.

The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset for the delay but she just asked if anyone had texted us. We said no- she looked at the computer and found the wrong number had been entered. Despite us being upset by all this she never apologized or acknowledged our frustrations. Instead she just kept talking at us - ignoring any concerns we expressed which just made us more frustrated. A little understanding or compassion would have gone a long way.

Came to visit PR for the first time with my family to a recommended hotel La Concha at San Juan however the check in process was a nightmare, I arrived early from Miami and I was explained the check in was scheduled at 4:00 pm. I went to have lunch and to enjoy de facility waiting for my room to begin my adventure at the very recommended hotel, however Kenia the front desk lady which was very professional and kind, was not able to give me a reasonable explanation after a few hours of waiting and past 4:00 pm the said check in hours about this status of my room. She requested help to Kenia the housekeeping supervisor which arrived being mean and defiant with me stating that I HAVE TO WAIT. Me, the person that was patiently waiting just asking for a good reason and a smile, the person that paid a lot of money and just wanted to spent a good weekend with his family. At the end when I received my room front desk gave me the wrong room and u had to return for a change, kind of a joke. La Concha Renaissance must choose better the person facing their guests Kenia must not be doing that job.
