I loved staying in the old town . Great food right next door . I mean we couldn’t find a bad plate of food in the area . Lol . . Definitely, walkable and uber accessible. The little pool was down for maintenance and we were highly disappointed. Rooftop was really big. All in all , I loved it . And we found a pool eventually. I saw the hotel cat once . :/ . She was cute and chubby .

If you have a rental car parking is a bit challenging in the area, off site and $25 a night. Great walking location to shops and restaurants- its a basic accommodations hotel- no toiletries kitchen is big, although a dishwasher it was wash own dishes. One or two nights is ok- Id be disappointed if staying any more then that. Check in was easy and smooth, very friendly service and directions to off site parking.

Generally pleased overall, but could do with some improvements. We had a suite with a sofa in the first room. However there was no TV where you would like to sit. The TV is in the bedroom only. I also hate that the toilet and shower have glass doors straight of the bedroom, so it can all be seen from the bedroom and even the sitting room. You can hear everyone's toilets flushing and people talking in other rooms. There was no control for the A/C, so it was like a freezer the first day, so had to get the receptionist to change the settings. The second day the A/C had been completely turned off, so it was too warm the following night. Breakfast was okay, but you have to take whatever you are given, absolutely no choice. They didn't have any normal tea, or milk for coffee. Luckily I liked omelette and dry bread. You also cannot get down the narrow street in a wide vehicle, and it's cobble stoned. So it's tricky if you have a lot of luggage. It's also at nearly the top of a fairly steep hill. Taxis are expensive, but Uber is very reasonable and quick. I would stay again if was ever likely that I would return to Puerto Rico, as I found the staff very nice and friendly and it wasn't over priced.

The quiet hours of this location were heavily emphasized but there was a party happening in the lobby Friday and Saturday night until the early hours of the morning. We did not get much sleep while staying here.

Checking in took a very long time. The gentleman at the desk was very disorganized, couldn't find my reservation but then had it sitting right infront of him. I was not impressed that I had to pay $2 for a bottle of water at check in. A complimentary first bottle would be a nice touch. The room itself was nice and cold , the bed was not overly comfortable, but not the worst I've slept on. The bathroom was in pretty rough shape. Broken tiles, and dirty around the sink area. The floors felt dusty on bare feet. The breakfast on the terrace was VERY good. I was very impressed and the view was really nice. The pool was nice, but was in need of some repair as there was lots of missing tiles. Overall it was a decent experience, a little maintenance could go a long way to make this place great!
