PLEASE NOTE: The Main Hous is part of the Hous property. All outdoor amenities including the pool and rooftop lounge are shared with 4 other smaller units.

Bird and Kick scooters and bikes are plentiful, Uber's are inexpensive, and taxi's and public transportation are available as well. Car rentals are always an option, and Beach Hous has plenty of free street parking for our guests.

Beach Hous is located in the heart of San Juan, right next to the beach in the exclusive neighborhood of Ocean Park, 10 minutes from the airport, and easily walkable to most of what the area has to offer.
