This cozy villa is located in Solimar, Luquillo an exclusive and private community with 24-hour security can’t be beat best location, facilities and comfort at an affordable price. Walking distance from pool and beach. Will easily accommodate a party of 4 in its ample bedrooms equipped with A/C, one queen size bed and 2 twin beds , has an fully equipped kitchen, living- dining area, one full bathroom, close cover terrace, cable TV, wireless Internet. Its qualities are relaxing convenient and secure. Privacy and amenities here are perfect for tranquil retreat vacation, sit in the terrace and enjoy our pleasant-sounding Coqui or enjoy your meals. Yet everything is ultra-convenient, beach, shopping, and outdoor activities. True natural island feeling.

A car is recommended for your stay. There is a Supermarket you could walk to but it's a mile or more. San Juan is about 30 minutes away via PR 3 or take the Toll road from Rio Grande. The Ferry to Culebra and Vieques in Fajardo is less than twenty minutes away. El Yunque Rain Forest National Park is ten minutes by car.

Sandy beaches with an abundance of palm trees make the town of Luquillo a Caribbean paradise. With various beaches to choose from in the surrounding areas, Luquillo is a much-visited location by travelers and locals alike.

Great location

Love the location of this gated community, right by the beach (less than 100 yards from the back gate to the ocean). Or stop at the pool in the middle of the neighborhood. This is my 7th time staying in Solimar.

Nice vintage secure home

Its a very nice cimmunity in great location with access to a lot of things less than 10 min. Drive. Properry could use furnishing and decore update. As we checked in security guard was out patroling, so had to wait 15 min. Was worried how we would get in .. but turned out it was one ogg, we had easy access everytime after checkin. Propery manager is responding via VRBO onky. No phone or immidiate access, makes it harder and unnecessory anxity, hopefully ownwr will address the service gaps along wirh updates, would love to visit again.

Safe place with a great location

Gated community with controlled access to the community gave us a sense of safety and security. The beach is just outside the gates so it’s quick to get there. There is also a pool in the middle of the community with deck space and lounge chairs for a relaxing morning or afternoon. There are a many great restaurants with a 10 minute drive and there are a handful that are walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay.

Terrific location and house

Luquillo is fantastic - beaches pristine and largely empty during Christmas and New Years weeks. Easy walk to everything from this house. House very well-appointed. Lovely gated community with excellent pool. Owners friendly and responsive.

The house is well equipped and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen is in very good condition. It is in a gated community with 24 hr security; we felt safe at all hours. Amenities and surroundings were very well maintained. We never lost power while there.

Great economy stay in Luquillo

Quaint villa with basic necessities in a gated community for an enjoyable stay. Pool is in great condition and it is a short walk to the beach. Owners were very responsive during our stay.

I love your condo. My husband and I had the most peaceful time. This is our second time at the condo. Everything is closed by, the beach, pool, groceries, bakery, highway and kiosks. I will definitely stay here again.

Great winter getaway

The owners were very responsive from the time I started shopping for the location right through the end of our stay. The house is clean and the ac works well in the bedrooms. The gated community feels safe. The pool is great - don't miss out on the aquacize group on Mondays and Fridays at 9am. :). Check in and check out was super easy. Laundry facilities would be a nice addition to the house. This house backs onto the service road so the weekend traffic (including horses) can be a little noisy in the master bedroom. The front bedroom is quiet so we used that one. (Just an FYI for vacationers new to PR: If you like to eat fruit, it is wise to take the garbage out every night so you don't get fruit flies. They show up fast.). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location.Safe and secure. Great beach.Condo would benefit from some upgrades but it was just fine for a family who spent all days outside.All nessesities were included and extrasas well.Bottle of vine , nice touch. Somehow the owners knew that we like Chillian Red:-)
