Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Our check-in was seamless. The room was clean and had all of the stated amenities. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view of the ocean and San Juan. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly! Though not inside the unit, laundry was available on sight along with a place for coffee and pastries and “The Mint” bar. Rosa, the host, offered excellent communication and was immediately available to answer our questions. The location was close to the airport and we loved the neighboring upscale and elegant Fairmont Hotel. We enjoyed an amazing dinner and then gambling in the casino. Nightly live music was also present. There was a small Mexican restaurant right next to the property that had a nice outdoor patio. Their menu also included Puerto Rican dishes. We would recommend staying here!

Stayed at 2 places in the ESJ Towers during our trip and this was by far the best apartment. Clean, wonderful AC, hot showers and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Coffee shop downstairs, steps from the beach, close to restaurants and tour guide from Puerto Rican like a Local was able to pick us up at the hotel. Perfect stay.

Very thoughtful host, fully equipped kitchen, and even had ice in the fridge, along with a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach. A covered parking spot in the parking garage is included. You just walk out the building right onto the beach past the gate. Great location close to many restaurants bars, car rental places grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely studio apartment. The apartment was well equipped with anything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the view was great. We loved sitting out on our balcony every morning and watching the sun rise. My husband loved watching the airplanes land and take off from the airport. A great beach is just outside the back door of the building. It is within easy walking to restaurants. We rented a car at Enterprise and it was just an easy 5 minute walk to pick up the car. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which made getting ready pretty easy. Beach access made this property more appealing but it is overall basic. Could use some TLC and updates. The front door has no peep hole and has to be pushed twice to ensure it locks. The lock doesn’t feel very secure and one of us had to stand outside to confirm that door even locks at all. No wash cloths provided.
