Excellent surprise in Carolina

Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel. Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot to relax but we couldn't fit it into our schedule. Overall this is a perfect place for a night or two of rest and relaxation. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick connection to the airport before or after longer travel intervals around PR.

Please I need help I stayed only two night’s because I didn’t get a good service and I had to left Tuesday morning because they didn’t clean my room for two days and bugs are on my bed and pillows ( cockroach) I have the photos and the lady front desk was very rude and the lady on the phone( manger) I requested to you help to open a cases for my reimbursement I had to found other hotel and Village Inn charged the total amount but I left for bad service and bad customer service. Could you please help me I had videos and photos to proved why I had to change for my security and rest properly because I used this hotel only to sleep and I arrived after 10 pm. Thank you in advance

Hotel is away from everything!! We had no hot water and they didn’t do anything about it so we left and they said they can’t give us a refund or credit for anything. We booked 2 nights..stayed for the first night and left around 8 am next morning. Nothing to do there . Wasted time and money !!

Great secluded and peaceful location. Easy access to the main roads. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds facilities. I got a good nights sleep every day I was there. I will highly recommend this place.

Hard to get to, but worth the trip. Loved it !! Wonderful staff, everything in very good order ... but bring your own food and drinks. Serve breakfast only and NOTHING close by.

The only complaint is no restaurant or breakfast to eat in this place they do have small refrigerator and microwave in the room, to go local restaurants is few places , but require a vehicle go around. This place is very private and secure, on the mountain to qet around lots hills if not familiar with the place please do your homework before resvation. Enjoy
