The Space:

This ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 private bedrooms. It's designed for beach days and nights out: a kitchenette instead of a full kitchen, and a dining counter instead of a living room.



Bedroom 1: a double bed dressed in crisp white linens, split A/C, a wall-mounted smart TV, an open closet with shelving and a luggage rack.

Bedroom 2: twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends, with its own A/C, a smart TV and a small desk topped with a record player and a stack of vinyl.

Kitchenette: induction cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, sink, cookware and dishes. Enough for breakfast and light meals before heading out.

Dining counter: a long counter with seating for 4 along the entry hallway.

Bathroom: one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with keypad self check-in. Parking is paid and off-premises.

Condado is San Juan's most walkable beach neighborhood: palm-lined Ashford Avenue, ocean breezes and a dining scene that runs from brunch to late-night cocktails. From the door you're minutes from everything:

- La Placita de Santurce (weekend nightlife and local bars): 12-min walk

- Condado Lagoon (paddleboarding and sunset walks): 16-min walk

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 10 minutes away by car. Condado is fully walkable: the beach, restaurants and cafés are all within a short stroll, so most guests skip the rental car. For everything else:

- Uber and Lyft: plentiful and usually just minutes away

- Taxis: available at the airport and along Ashford Avenue

- Rental car: useful for day trips to El Yunque or the east coast. Parking is paid and off-premises.

- Public buses (AMA) run through the area. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes away by car.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels only and never records content.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: This property does not have a backup water tank. In the event of a water service interruption, we recommend using water sparingly until service is restored. We provide bottled water based on the length of your stay and number of guests.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
