The Mural at San Juan is located in the heart of Santurce, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in San Juan. We are within walking distance from eclectic coffee shops, restaurants, street murals, and the famed Lote 23. We are a few minutes' drive to Old San Juan, Condado, La Placita, Choliseo, Plaza Las Americas, Distrito T-Mobile & Coca-Cola music Hall and some of the best beaches in the area. There is a bus stop within close walking distance that connects you to the city.

Additionally, the premise is gated and we offer free parking.
The space
The Mural at San Juan 201 is a peculiarly cute apartment great for couples, families and friends looking for the perfect retreat in Puerto Rico. Its location and amenities make this place unique.
This spacious unit includes:

- 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed
- One full bathroom
- A kitchen that is is equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, a
refrigerator, a gas stove/oven and a microwave.
- Dining area
- Dedicated workspace

I booked this property in January, well in advance of my stay. I was traveling from Illinois to Puerto Rico for Valentine’s Day weekend, which was also my mom’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, just before my arrival, the owner informed me that the property had been double-booked and my reservation could not be honored. This last-minute cancellation completely threw off my trip and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations during one of the busiest weekends of the year. Being out of state and already in Puerto Rico made the situation even more stressful. Despite my efforts, I was unable to secure another place to stay and ultimately had to sleep in my car because everything was fully booked. The owner did not offer any assistance in finding alternative accommodations or provide a comparable solution. Overall, the experience was extremely stressful, disappointing, and disruptive to what was supposed to be a special weekend. I hope future guests do not have to go through a similar situation.
