The price was okay but if we knew the elevator was broken before we got there we would have changed hotels. It was just too late. At our age walking up 4 flights was no picnic.

A restless hotel night!
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is in need of a refreshing uplift. Our room was fully equipped for a long term stay but was overdue for a refresh and was a bit outdated. We requested a quiet room away from the elevators. The desk clerk assigned us a room away from the elevator but it was facing the highway! We didnt realize how noisy the vehicle noise was until we went to bed..There was so much vehicle noise that at times we felt like our bed was in the middle of the freeway. This noise made it difficult to rest and sleep that night. We didn't want to pack up and change rooms in the middle of the night so we stayed put. We selected this hotel due to it's location but found that this was not a good choice for us. We thought that the desk clerk would have known to select a quiet room away from the freeway, but I guess not..Therefore I will be more specific when I request a quiet room in the future.

Hotel definitely needs some attention, also ask put in for 2 adults and a child. Room was a "suite" bedroom had a king bed and the living area had a less than adequate sofa bed. If the hotels weren't sold out due to a college tour we would have gone elsewhere.

Overall the service is good, some inconvenience with the elevators not working.
