Our fridge in the room leaked and I reported twice and did not get a response. We used our towels to mop up the water. After two days, they came in and cleaned it up. The sheets had stains on it as well as strands of hair. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The room smelled clean and the floors were not gross.

Great hotel.. but i got a room with two beds and a sofa bed .. and they probably should replace the sofa more often since it wasn't comfortable to sleep in.. other than that its a great hotel with breakfast.

The rooms are too small. The lobby furniture is not comfortable.

Pésimo en cuanto a limpieza, las habitaciones muy sucias, baño manchado, cucaracha debajo del refri, sofá con moho y chinches, no hacían la limpieza diaria, al reportar de todos modos nadie hacía nada, pésimo en general
