The space
The place features: Two bedrooms with one queen sized bed and air conditioning each, and one spare bedroom with one queen sized bed, the rooms also have a ceiling fan, they all share one ample bathroom with shower. The bathroom interconnects with the bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of six. The spare bedroom requires pass through main bedrooms to access the bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, glassware and utensils to cook and serve, and a six-burner stove with oven. There is a washing and dryer machine.

There is a mezzanine that can be used as working space. Next to it you will find direct access to the roof top terrace with a jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture, and outdoor shower and toilet. An ideal place to relax, enjoy the sunset while sipping your favorite wine and music.

The main living area has ample sofas and a nice 42-inch flat screen smart TV. The front balcony overlooks the pool and garden. The apartment main entrance features a smart lock, which allows for quick and convenient access. No need to rush to meet someone to get a key!
