Never received check-in info

I asked a question before I booked this VRBO and the host never answered. We also never heard from the host leading up to our booking date. I messaged for check-in info and received no response. The day we arrived we still did not hear from the host. We took a taxi to the location on VRBO and it was not the correct address. We took another taxi and that person could not find an exact location of this VRBO either! We asked a local business and they did not know where to send us either. I had to call VRBO customer service. They said they reached the host and I should receive check-in info. I told customer service the location is not valid. When customer service called the host, the host did not pick up the phone anymore. We waited several hours and there was no response from the host. Fortunately VRBO was able to process a refund for me. We found another VRBO for our stay. Do not risk reserving this property!
