Great hotel, helpful staff
Publié le 28 août 2019 sur HotelsWe chose this hotel for its location close to our friends’. It looked brand new, the room was big and very clean.
The only « complaint » would be about the very noisy a/c unit but earplugs solved the problem.

Everything was good except for the wifi. It was a poor signal and we kerp gaving trouble. Expecially my kid with his ps5.he could connect it do to poor wifi signal

This hotel is very nice, I’ve stayed before however they were under construction and that was not noted when booking a room. The construction wasn’t too loud however, they had most of the construction vehicles parked in the parking lot making it where there was not enough room to park for guests. I also was booked in the handicap room and did not need to be.

We were promised on the phone that the hotel will provide a roll away bed for free but they charged.
There was no safe

IHG membership was not considered for discount.

Only issue I had was a slow draining bath tub while taking a shower. There was no maintenance personnel during the weekend to fix the issue.
