Clean and comfortable, but are room was not ready at 4pm even though check-in is 3pm. I had called a week ahead to request a 1st floor room. I don't think the message was conveyed to staff. My husband is disabled so we really needed a 1st floor room. Breakfast was packed, hard to find a table. Food was average and to be expected. Overall the stay was fine. Good value for the price.

the Breakfast was really good, i enjoy the staying the room was super clean and the staff was outstanding, they were able to answer my questions, I went to give a course at UCSC and the university was less than 10 minutes away, i will definitely will stay there again.
