My checkin was at 3 but my room was not ready and was told twice to wait another 15-20 minutes. Then when we finally chose to downgrade the room because it still wasn’t ready, the room we got wasn’t that clean. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom itself was dirty. The rooms need an upgrade and better cleaning/staff for what they charge. I give this place a 1.5 star.
