When I asked the front desk questions, they were very apathetic and lacked customer service. Completely different from any other Four Seasons I’ve visited before. Very different from a regular Four Seasons. Rooms are like little Casitas. Staff is very helpful.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views. Heated outdoor pool, we swam in the March rain.
