I first stayed at the Hotel Santa Fe 10 years ago and had really fond memories of the experience. I loved the room and the art. It felt like a unique, upscale hotel at the time. On this return trip, I was hoping to have the same experience but left feeling a little disappointed. Overall, I give it an average rating. Our suite/room could use some updates. The decor seemed worn. There was peeling laminate in the cabinet, chipped ceramic soap holder, no iron/ironing board in the room, and weak lighting. I expected more for the price. On the plus side, the rooms are quiet, the fireplace and balcony were nice to have, and the bed was comfortable. It’s also a great location and no charge for parking. Everyone was very pleasant.

Most welcome we have ever felt at a hotel! Great staff including our butler, Tony! Beautiful place with excellent room including a gas fireplace. We loved the extra touches. Convenient location across the street from the Railyard. Only wish we could have stayed even longer!

When I booked the hotel, I figured it would be nice, but I didn't expect the level of service and attention that we've received. The room was excellent (loved the fireplace), the bed was very comfortable, the bath clean and the shower large and with great water pressure. The breakfast was really good: Yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

For an hotel that wants to be top quality and luxury we found out that, they dare charging $4.00 on top of free breakfast for 2 fried eggs. That’s ridiculous and destroy the whole atmospher of the place.

Overall just a really nice place to stay. Everyone was friendly, full of suggestions for things to see, restaurants to try and places to shop. We especially liked and appreciated the free shuttle and we were happy to tip the drivers for saving us time and trying to navigate the area. The rooms we are nice size and very comfortable. Continental breakfast had a wide variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Evening wine and appetizers while we waited for the sunset was a nice addition to the stay.

The staff at the hotel is extremely kind and hard working. They are very attentive and made our stay wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and super clean!! The location is great!!! Just across the street from the Railyard,, where there were markets (farmers and artisan)- and just about 6 blocks from the plaza ,.. it was a phenomenal place to stay!!!
