We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Good place to stay right downtown. But, like any large city you need to be careful. Lots of shopping and historical sites all within walking distance. Property is a little tired but very clean with super interesting decor. Overall a good spot for a 30 hour layover!

The hotel has very few restaurants nearby but is within easy walking distance to metro and bus stops. The hotel itself is rather tired looking and the rooms could use some renovations. The included, self-serve breakfast had hot and cold items, including delicious fresh fruit. The work staff worked hard to keep it stocked but were often running behind due to the large number of people. The next time we go to Santiago we will probably choose to stay in Lastarria neighborhood as it has interesting shops and many restaurants.
