Awesome location, next to the subway and bus stops that can take you literally anywhere in Santiago. Is next to Apumanque shopping center and Santa Isabel which ia very convenient for gricery shopping. The place is very clean and confortable. Will come back for sure!

Really wonderful host and experience! Located in a great neighborhood, close to some malls and the metro. Got check in instructions, and the host was accommodating via WhatsApp as my number did not work internationally. We have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. Excellent customer service and when our internet didn’t work properly which was not their fault they got a technician out and tried their best to rectify it. In the end they moved us to the other tower so my husband could still work remotely with no issues. Definitely will be back and recommending them. It’s great value for money.

I loved the location, however it was very noisy! I did not appreciate that we were charged 14 dollars for mild stains in pillow cases and towels. So you have to leave towels CLEAN? What’s the washing machine for?so cleaning ladies are snitches.

This is an ok property but bedding was subpar in comparison to Zip hotel option we stayed at. The building looked dated and so did the apartment furnishings and pool area. Elevators not all working so slow to go in/out. Apartment windows old so very noisy. This property needs to adjust price down a lot to be competitive. Today we moved to Icon hotel as for $10 more we get great facilities in same neighborhood.

Desde el primer minuto la experiencia fue pésima. El conserje encargado de entregar la llave, Edgar, tuvo un trato totalmente desinteresado. Nos entregó un sobre en blanco con la llave y nos despachó sin ninguna explicación. Cuando le pregunté cómo llegar al departamento y qué estacionamiento nos correspondía, respondió de mala gana y casi a regañadientes señaló la torre y un estacionamiento. Al llegar al estacionamiento asignado en el piso -5, estaba ocupado. Volví a recepción y su “solución” fue darme una lista de 5 estacionamientos para que yo mismo probara cuál estaba libre, porque ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de asignarlos correctamente. Al salir de la oficina, una turista argentina me comentó que el check-in la dejó tan alterada que no sabía si llorar o reír, incapaz de hablar con alguien por los nervios. Al llegar finalmente al departamento, el desastre fue total: estaba sucio, no se parecía en nada a las fotos y, para rematar, en el baño alguien había hecho el número 2 y no había tirado la cadena. Un nivel de limpieza absolutamente inaceptable. Limpieza: 0/10 No se alojen aquí bajo ninguna circunstancia.
