Hotel has much to improve to be considered. Room ac did not work, room door did not lock, its not a central ac unit so its not nice, lack security and hotel presentation is not plesing. If you look for easy overnight stay without confort it is your hotel, but again, there is much to be improved.

Dirty, noisy, out of date room.

A lot of noise in the room from the hallways and from outside, day and night. Floor is dirty, sheets have spots. Bathroom stinks of sewage. Tiny, noisy airco. Minifridge next to the bed also makes noise every time it turns on, so I had to unplug it. The bathroom and furniture in the room is outdated. Breakfast is basic.

Estadia Ruim. Check in demorado. Frigobar sem bebidas alguma (vazio). As 07:55h o café da manha já não tinha praticamente nada. Apenas poucos paes e poucas fatias de mussarela e presunto. Bem fraco mesmo. Presenciei colegas que se hospedaram no mesmo hotel ficando cerda de 03 horas para fazer check in pois os quartos reservados não estavam limpos e a governanta estava voltando para o hotel as 22:30h para limpar os quartos previamente reservados. Policia foi acionada na recepção. Um caos

O estacionamento é muito caro. Totalmente fora da realidade. E isso porque o hotel já é caro. O vaso sanitário estava com problema. A trava de segurança da porta do quarto não funcionou. O frigobar é muito barulhento. Uma lástica. Eu uso o hotel pois é geograficamente conveniente para mim.

Minha experiência foi extremamente ruim, sem dúvida, ganha medalha de ouro no ranking das piores experiências de hotel da minha vida. Tudo começou na chegada, com um manobrista grosseiro exigindo o pagamento do estacionamento logo na entrada. Na recepção, o atendimento seguiu na mesma linha: ríspido, com um recepcionista que chegou a revirar os olhos, totalmente inaceitável. O quarto era apenas razoável, mas o colchão péssimo comprometeu o descanso. No café da manhã, o atendimento continuou ruim. Informei que sou celíaca e perguntei se poderiam preparar ovos mexidos separados, para evitar contaminação cruzada. O atendente apontou para o que já estava exposto e, ao explicar que não era seguro, ele apenas deu de ombros dizendo que não podia fazer nada, total falta de preparo e empatia. Para finalizar, ao buscar o carro já com malas, o manobrista só me entregou a chave e disse para pegar nos fundos, sem sequer pedir comprovante. Tive que resolver tudo sozinha. Enfim, uma experiência decepcionante do início ao fim. Não recomendo.
