My TV was not operable so I reported it to the front desk. They sent someone to fix it and he changed out the cable box and it started back working. On Saturday, it did the same thing and I reported it again. He came back and worked with it and it started back working. Then we were watching a movie Saturday night and it went out again. We reported it and the attendant came and fixed it on Sunday, but we were about to leave.

I stayed in three different Holiday Inn Expresses on my trip and this was the only one that didn't smell clean like bleach, which is a smell I appreciate and associate with being very clean. The whole hotel had a musty damp smell. However, staff was friendly and my room itself was clean. I was not in this hotel very long so I can't comment on anything else.
