Ce n'est pas un hotel, c'est un motel. C'est pourquoi aucune photo de l'extérieur. Les chambres sont minuscules. Le climatiseur à coté de la tête de lit. Pas de déjeuner, aucun service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I appreciate the feedback. I don't want anyone to feel misled by the representation of our property online. I will assess the photos we use on our online listings, but I do know there are several photos of the exterior of our property on each listing. There are also photos of our property displayed prominently on our website and social media pages. And while our structure is a converted motor lodge, the level of service and quality of the experience we offer sets us far above any motel. As for food, our property does not have a kitchen so we are unable to offer any substantial food at this time. We are currently working to establish a food program within our means, partnering with local businesses. Thank you again for staying with us.

They need to have complimentary coffee in the morning, they had it available but you had to pay if you opened the box of 6 servings ($12!). Coffee is essential in the morning, make it free!!

While everything was overall nice, except that the only point of contact was a text message about the access of the room. It was not a problem but a second way of contact, email or knowing ahead of time to expect a key code entrance would have been nice. However, the second detail, dog paw prints on the bedcover and a dirty sheet was not cool and so we shared the clean bed which was not as restful.

We don't have any records at all, during or after your stay of you having any type of dissatisfaction. Our rooms are made in a minimalist yet modern feel, we also do provide all types of services from complimentary bike rentals, romantic date night packages and amazing pet stays. During the winter, the entire city of Saratoga Springs is forced to either close or shorten their business hours due to the weather, however during your stay our bar was open and running in normal business hours, we are saddened to hear you missed meeting the fabulous Farrier Bar. We would have hope you would have brought any and all concerns while you were in-house. Thus, giving us the opportunity in making your stay a more enjoyable one. Best Regards, The Brentwood Hotel.

Cute motel

Needed a quick overnight stay in the area. The room was clean and quiet although there weren't many other guests staying here or tourists in general. Easy, remote communication and access by key code. The room was stylish and cozy (read: small) but all amenities were available. The Farrier bar was not open weekdays off season. Comfy bed. One con: the air conditioner was only 2 feet from my face so I turned it off as we didn't need it. Otherwise, it's a cute little motel with character and right across the street from the track.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful quiet and quaint location on the backside of Saratoga Springs race track. Could see the horses being trained in the morning from across the street. Very relaxing!

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I need to write one for this hotel because I still can’t believe I paid $400 to spend a night here. The good: Easy to walk to town Very easy check in/check out Questions answered quickly via text Very comfortable beds The bad: We could hear everything from the connecting rooms and outside. It was almost like we were camping. The noise at 2am was particularly frustrating. There were flies. Like lots of flies that we could not kill but that kept buzzing in our ears. The outlets were high up on the walls which made it hard to charge our devices with. The room was freezing when we arrived. When I reached out I was told that there was a hidden plug in space heater we could use. The bathroom was tiny and had no place to put toiletries. Overall, I would have been fine if not for the $400 a night price tag.

Upscale Howard Johnson’s

The photos of this “hotel” are really deceiving.. there is no lobby. It is like an upscale Howard Johnson’s type of hotel w rooms all in a row and parking out front. I guess the location is the best thing as it is literally next to the racetrack. I had a pet w me which they were great about putting out bowls for. It is just a nicely done room. AC window unit. There was hair in the shower that was missed by the maid. Just fine if you need a place to land. Beds were nice and bedding was nice but if you are looking for any sort of standard “hotel”. This is not it.
