Check-In and Check-Out
1. Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
2. Check-out is before 11AM
3. Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
4. No parties or events are allowed.
5. Only booked guests are permitted to stay overnight. Additional guest will attract extra fee.
6. Please keep the property tidy and treat it with respect.
- Do not move furniture.
- Do not eat in the bedroom.
7. PLEASE No smoking or vaping inside the property. If there are signs of smoking inside the suite, extra charges will be applied, and guests may be asked to leave the property immediately.
8. Report any damages immediately.
9. Parking is available on the driveway (side-by-side). The driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. Larger vehicles or additional cars should park on the street.
10. Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left by previous guests. While we do our best to ensure they are not expired or stale, consuming these items is at your discretion. The host is not liable for these consumables.
