I made a reservation at this establishment for over Christmas, the 25 & 26. I was charge $150 deposit for damages on my credit card, which I had no problem with. It wasn't a preauth it was a formal charge(not my understanding). I had to check out the morning of the 26th due to a family emergency. I was of the mind that they would apply the $90 room charge to the $150 preauth. In fact they charged me $150 for one night when the booking clearly stated a $90 charge. These rooms are barely worth $90/night. Jan 4/26 im still trying to get a reply about my $60

There is cockroaches in the room that I was inn and honestly I got ripped right off almost 800$ just for a room I booked and used an app for n I still had to pay when I showed up very poor management
