Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsHorrible!!! Front desk supervisor guy was so rude!! Roads were blocked and we had no clue how to get to the hotel. When he answered he pretty much just said he don’t know which streets were blocked and I would have to figure it out. Kareem in valet was SUPERB!!! He helped actually stood on the corner to help us. He is definitely an asset to the company. Then once we got to our room the air didn’t work. It was 77 degrees in there and we were told they were completely sold out. So had zero choice but to stay in the HOT room. We were able to move the next day at 1pm. The rest of the front desk/restaurant employees were great!! Spending a lot of money for a quality room it’s a shame this front desk supervisor lacks customer service. Despite the efforts we won’t stay here again.

The Andaz staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Great location, great hotel, great breakfast. Everything was great, except valet parking guys that were standing outside of hotel. One of them comment something nasty about women parking their own car. Yes, I can park my own car, I don't need your service, boy!
