The rooms were very spacious ( suite) the staff very nice and helpful. 1 small deficit was there was a problem with a HDMI cable to tv was not working. Staff got it fixed within the hour.

My husband & I came to visit Savannah for NYE. When we arrived, the lobby was super busy but the staff worked efficiently to get it handled. We loved our spacious room and the location could not be beat. The staff was always so helpful and loved the hotel itself. It was good but the AC was too noisy and the elevators were too busy. One of them was out of order during our stay so we had to wait for elevator for long time!
