For shared use: natural garden 500 m2, meadow 500 m2, orchard 500 m2, courtyard. Barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, café 4 km, bus stop "Steinheimer Strasse" 200 m, railway station "Steinheim" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 26 km, Hermannsdenkmal 27 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car not advisable. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Natural garden with grapevines. The owner has his own vineyard and runs a wine trade. In the yard in front of the house there is a paved forecourt (100 m2) with a small public restaurant for tasting wines from mainly German countries. Wine tastings, hikes and singing together can be booked on request and for a fee, as well as an in-house laundry service (washing / drying / ironing).

Mooi en gezellig ingericht appartement ( oud en modern leuk gecombineerd, geweldig uitzicht achter! Maar het bijzondere echtpaar ( alleen mevrouw ontmoet) doet mee in het dorp: de nachtwacht komt bij haar terras langs en de versierders van het Schutzenfest kregen een hapje en drankje . Echt bijzondere mensen!

Abschalten und Ausruhen

Das Aufenthalt ist uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Stadt Schwalenberg ist fabelhaft und sehr geeignet für ein Spaziergang. Die Gastgeber und seine Ehefrau sind sehr nette und liebe Menschen. Im Ferienwohnung fehlt es Ihnen wirklich an nichts. Das Essen, das speziell für uns zubereitet wurde (frischen LachsForellen), war köstlich. Güter Wein aus eigenem Keller, und viele, viele verschiedene alcholische Getränke. In der Nähe sind auch verschiedene Restaurants, Besonders das Restaurant um die Ecke (Schwalenberger Mahlenkasten) ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Gastgeber

Wir sind super zufrieden, die Gastgeber sind wundervoll, genau wie die Wohnung. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und interessant eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist hervorragend. Parkplätze in der Nähe, so wie einige gute Restaurants und das Städtchen läd zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang ein. Vielen Dank!
