Trés bien comme les best western en général aux US

Lors d un séjour itinérant de 10 jours au Texas nous avons testé plusieurs chaines d hôtel Certes Best western un peu cher pour notre budget mais à chaque fois très contentes (mère et 2 filles) des prestations,de l accueil et du breakfast sachant que pour un français souvent les petits déjeuners ne sont pas adaptés à notre gout. cet Hôtel pour faire halte avant retour sur Houston pour prendre l'avion de retour.

A little freeway noise but not bad. Breakfast not too good but all else very good. Big room. Great TV selection Bed big and very comfortable Very good over all

Comfort Inn exceeded my expectation

Room was updated and clean. Bed is incredibly comfortable. Wonderful customer service at front desk. My original stay was one night and they were able to accommodate me to extend my stay.

Nice hotel with terrible management

Booked this trip for a family gathering thru Hotels.com. When arrived at hotel the clerk said had not received confirmation/payment from Hotels.com and charged us again at a higher rate. Returned home to find out both charges were billed. Contacted hotel and the manager was 0 help. Contacted Hotels.com and after they contacted hotel and were told they could not issue refund Hotels.com refunded their charge. Hotel clerk and manager were both unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not even give me a receipt at checkout. This hotel used to be under another major chain (BW) but since changed to Comfort Inn it's hospitality has plunged. Will NOT be staying there again.
