Welcome to "Summer Escape" where family memories are made and remembered. Upgraded house with four bedrooms and two full baths, over 1700 sq ft of living spaces. The bed linens are provided. We strive to provide our guests five-star services, our first priority is to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. In the meantime, we kept the original beauty of the house, we hope our guests will appreciate the craftsmanship of the house as much as we do.

Six beach badges are included in the rental, kids under 11 are free.

Location, location, location, Ocean block home in the preferable northern end of Seaside Heights, 4 mins walk to the boardwalk which is right next to the white sandy beach where you can swim.

* Families only, no smoking inside the house, no drugs on the property. We offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of the complete rental amount. Guests must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent during the entire stay.

Perfect Family-friendly home with a spacious layout. The first floor includes two spacious bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another one has two twin beds), a totally upgraded full bathroom with a rain shower, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining room, living room, and front porch complete the first floor.

The second floor has a huge bedroom with one king bed, and a walk-in closet. There is a fully upgraded full bath with a rain shower and a bench on the second floor. Another bedroom with two twin beds completes the second floor.

There is a separate laundry room in the back of the house with a new full-size washer and dryer. Private parking for three cars. Grill and wood bench are provided for evening hangouts.

* Sleeps comfortably with up to 6 adults or kids. Please note that two full baths have showers only, no bathtubs.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station. This is a summer house, please note that there is no heat during May or October.

This cottage was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than most places I’ve stayed. Great walking distance to the beach for us 55 and the grandkids. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time & the house was perfect for our group of 7. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped & the owner was very responsive & helpful when we had questions. Great weekend getaway

We had a very positive experience. The owner is responsive and a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, the bathroom/showers were amazing, the layout works well for a big group, and the location was perfect. It is close to the boardwalk, but far enough away that is quiet. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with the location, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Peter Li (Dong Mei) is quick to respond for any issues. But couple of issues we faced - There is no centralized AC (so its hot in the living area and kitchen) and Electricity Trips while cooking .

Perfect beach getaway!

Our family trip was perfect from beginning to end. Location was steps away from beach and boardwalk. Property was clean, stocked with fresh towels and linens, and newly upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Owner responded quickly, was friendly and easily accessible. We managed to fit our family of 5 plus our extended family of 5-with a bed to spare! Thanks for a great few days. We will be back!

Comfortable and convenient

Our group had a wonderful two day stay at this property. It's location was very convenient as it was only a couple minute walk away from the boardwalk and beach. The grill was very easy to use and allowed us to have a small barbeque at night. Despite having 12 people, we all were very comfortable in the house and had no trouble assigning beds for the night. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy their time at Seaside Heights.

Very nice place. House as expected. We didnt spend a lot of time in the house so for in and out place was ok. I would describe it more comfortable for 10 people than 12 for sure. Air conditioning was window unit which they doubled as sound machine, which was nice. Overall was good. I would rate it as a solid 4.5

Perfect location!

Very convenient property, even though we stayed out of season, we were still able to walk to the beach and enjoy the boardwalk. We had a party of 11, 8 adults and 3 children and this house fit us perfectly, we especially appreciated the king bed and 2 singles for my daughter and her kids. Even though the living room was on the small side, we all managed to fit! Dongmei was easy to contact and always responded promptly, even apologizing for the weather (tropical storm the entire time we were there!) Which I thought was so thoughtful. Bottle of wine and chocolates were a very nice touch as well. We really appreciated being able to use this property!

Had conversations with owner about no heat source. Had one space heater. Mentions smoke detector would go off during the night and that was not handled. Also only one door to enter rental, not sure this is not a safety hazzard.

GREAT TIME!!!!

Comfortable and safe! Cozy yet so much room! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and chocolates from the owner which was unexpected but so appreciated! Afforded us the space and comfort to have a weekend filled with fun and much needed laughter. Would definitely stay here again!
