ON SITE POOL & Courtyards: Our property boosts an in ground poolthat is shared with 2 other rentals on site . Courtyards has a variety of games for children and teens. Property has outdoor showers , outdoor furniture, tables and loungers. Court have designated BBQ areas that have gas grills for family cooking and and outdoor dining.

One Short Blocks to Beach & Boardwalk

This professionally designed, single family Screen Door Cottage has a large outdoor porch, non smoking, Each of the two bedrooms have a queen bed. (Sleeps 4 Guests) Additional twin fold up bed is available at no cost. Cottage has an open floor plan with a living room with large smart TV, full kitchen including small appliances, full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with stand up shower. Bedrooms and Living Room have smart TVs. . This property has a coin operate laundry just steps from the Suite. Cottage is equipped with central air conditioning and a large from porch with private table and chairs. Parking for two cars provided. This property is located at our Lazy River by the Sea location and their are two other rental homes at this location that share the courtyard and in ground pool.

NOTE: Cottage is on the smaller side and approximately 700 square feet but it is quaint and very comfortable. Has been a favorite among our Lazy River Rentals guests.

Lazy River Rentals offers short term & Winter rentals between: September - April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 4 guests from 3 BR permits 6 guests, 4 BR permits up to 8 guests. Non Employment Guests would require employment verification and credit check.

Mature Young Adults - Lazy River Rentals will accept a limited number of young adult rentals starting April 15 though June 30 . Rentals are limited to no more than 2 per bedroom. No outside Guests or Visitors.
$ 200.00 additional registration fee added to reservation and $ 59.00 Damage Protection Fee.. No Group Prom Rentals Please

         OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt  additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 4 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
