Great location & property! Will return!
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayCan’t say enough about this property. Super clean, even had towels and sheets which was a nice surprise! Short walk to beach but far enough away from the rides so the neighborhood is super quiet. Highly recommend. Even though the homes are close together there still was plenty of privacy.

Host was great and easy to work with.
Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars!

We had an amazing few days. First time to seaside. The property was great. Very clean. Perfect amount of space for our family! Fully furnished. Comfortable beds. Will most likely rent again next summer and bring some other family members with us to rent the other house on the property also!

Quick Beach Vacation

It was perfect for our family of four who just really needed a place to sleep and shower since we spent most of the time on the beach or boardwalk. The property manage was very quick to respond with any issues we had and eager to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this property if you need somewhere to stay for a few days and are not interested in staying in a hotel.

Fabulous location, easy access to beach
Publié le 14 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe 3 block walk to the beach and access to the beach passes were fabulous. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. The cleanliness was fine for a beach house. There was peanut butter on the wall behind the couch when we got there (haha), dirt/sand/hair in the dresser drawers, vanity and on top of the fridge (which we just wiped out ourselves), and some loose prescription pills in the kitchen cupboards (we just threw them away). Adorable house, my friend and I had a very fun girl's weekend!

Next time please share pictures with the host of things that are not right before publicly posting your views. Since you did not share any evidence, we outright decline your observations during your short stay.

Efficient and convenient
Publié le 6 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis property is conveniently located near the beach, water park, and boardwalk and a short drive to the grocery store and pharmacy. It was clean and while a small space, it was very efficient and comfortable.

Weekend family stay
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayNice property. Good location. Friendly host. Horribly unsleepable mattress. Very basic....minimal kitchen missing the basics like coffee machine, salt, pepper, etc. If you're eating out for every meal, this isn't a problem. If you have a family and plan on cooking a few meals, not so great.

Hi, Kitchen has every utensil including wine glasses, silverware, pot/pans, plates, dishes., cutting board, knifes. You just have to open all the cabinets and check. Coffee machine was available but the guest did not bother to check messages and communicate. Yes, I can add salt pepper. I respectfully do not agree with the review. Good luck in your next stay.
