Overall, this was a good stay. The staff were lovely and very personable, and the continental breakfast was good. Our room left something to be desired as it seemed a bit outdated and smelled of mildew (which might be par for the course at the coast) however we did hear that there may be renovations coming soon. The location was optimal for getting around seaside and overall would stay there again.

Coming to Seaside is always a treat, but now I am just as excited to connect with staff at the holiday inn. They are very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. the TV was a little outdated, but overall great experience.

The room we were supposed to have had some maintenence issues, so we were upgraded to another room. The stay was very good. Their breakfast are well done with lots of variety and always plenty of food. This was our 4th stay at this property. We will be back again.

Everything was great during our stay. Breakfast was good, and the pool and sauna were awesome. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We booked two double queen rooms, and the beds felt more like king-size, which was a lovely surprise. The staff was awesome—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seaside-Convention Center and overall were satisfied with our experience. The location is very convenient — close to the convention center, within walking distance to the beach, and with cafés and shops nearby. This is a big plus, especially if you’re not traveling by car. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good soundproofing. We appreciated having a microwave and a refrigerator, which is convenient for both short and longer stays. Housekeeping was done regularly, and the staff were polite and helpful.

We were traveling for business, I picked this hotel because it was close to our project and included breakfast. Check-in was great, very professional and helpful. There was a predicted storm hit the area and we lost power at midnight. There was not a lot of people staying there but when we worked our way down the very dark hall with no safety lighting and dark stairs to the desk no one was there 2 woman sitting in lounge chairs having coffee delivered to them. We ask where the staff was and one said they were. There were nothing for guests not even can we help you. After going back to room and packing we came down and said they needed to put something out for the hotel guests, fruit, pastries anything. We went to another hotel for coffee. She finally did put out a couple things since we asked. The customer service that morning was horrible and unprofessional. The hotel had no flashlight to offer or safety light in halls and stairwells. The staff or at least a few didn’t care or needed some training. Winters can be harsh and they will probably loose power again, hopefully they will be more prepared and have staff trained. Otherwise I can’t recommend them.

Not going to lie the room was pretty dirty, there was hair all over the shower and random stains on the bedding which isn’t something I care about to much just the hair thing grossed me out. Also we were having lots of problems with key card, as soon as we checked in we immediately noticed only one of the cards we were given worked. The next day both cards were not working and we had to go up and down the elevator multiple times until the manager had to come up with us to our room to figure out why our key cards weren’t working, turned out they only activated our cards for one night :/, other than that it was really nice, we loved the breakfast and unlimited coffee and hot coco!
