The space
Welcome to your three level townhouse in West Seattle. Living room, kitchen and access to the back yard are located in the first level. Office/sleeping area, full bathroom and secondary bedroom are located in the second level. On the third level you will find the primary bedroom, full bathroom, laundry closet as well as the access to the private rooftop.
Guest access
You will have the entire house. Primary bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed. Livingroom couch folds out into a sleeper. A twin size sleep mattress to accommodate a 6th guest can be provided upon request which can be set up in the office area. Kitchen, laundry closet, back yard and rooftop are all accessible. Rooftop area is accessible year-round, wearing shoes while on the rooftop is required. Storage closet in main level, as well as storage bin in back yard are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Wireless high speed internet is provided. Shoes must not be worn anywhere inside the house. Shoes must be worn in rooftop, you may wear your own shoes when accessing rooftop area or you may also wear the shoes provided by host which are located near the rooftop door. Shoes must be removed when re-entering the house. If using couch as a sleeper and/or if air mattress is requested, extra bedding will be provided, please just let your host know at time of booking. Key-less entry and WIFI codes and instructions will be sent to you shortly before your stay.
