We're staying at Kanvas for a week, and its our 3rd day, but cannot rave enough about this classy, stylish bourique hotel. Everything is top notch from the service to the delicious, breakfast fare. Even the coffee is as good as any barista coffee in Melbourne. The rooms are spacious and spotless, bed so comfy, great linen, highly recommend staying in a pool access room. Theres a good gym and cocktails at the roof pool bar gives a great view of Seminyak. Location is fabulous. Id give 10 stars if it was possible **********

The location is excellent, and the property itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and well-maintained. What really defined my stay, however, was the exceptional service and the genuine level of guest care from the entire team. They truly go above and beyond. The only reason I’ve given 4 instead of 5 stars is because my room was on the ground floor, and the noise level was quite high throughout the day and night. I was informed about this at check-in but didn’t realize it would be that constant. That said, the outstanding service more than made up for it, and overall it was a wonderful experience.

It was a wonderful stay, I can only say the best about the hotel and its staff, who were extremely welcoming through my stay. The yoga session in the morning was a great start to my day, followed by the exceptional breakfast. Hopefully will be back next year!

I loved this property, cute, quaint, cultured, and the staff were amazing. Boutique style hotel, colorful and cultured. I enjoyed the amenities for example the free yoga class twice a day, the Jamu cooking class, which is an Indonesian drink. The breakfast was awesome, kits of varitey. The hotel offered theme nights like barbecue on the rooftop with live music. I can’t say enough great things about this property, the laundry service was amazing.. the only draw was these little bugs/ants that came I’m assuming from the rain, but they moved my room immediately and treated the rooms. I didn’t have any more issues after that and really enjoyed my stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was. It reminded me of a family ran boutique style hotel with all these little intricate details that made them stand out from other places. Definitely would go back and recommend.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Kanvaz! This hotels front lobby and breakfast area was so beautiful to walk into. The breakfast was incredible with so many delicious options. The rooms were very comfortable, super clean and ours had direct access to the pool off our balcony on the main floor. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. This hotel is located in the perfect spot for restaurants, convenience stores, book/clothing shops and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel!

My cousin with his family plus myself and 10 year old daughter stayed in this hotel with adjoining rooms. Breakfast buffet had a good tasty mix of western and Indonesian dishes. Firm mattress, nice quality toiletries and many tv channels. One day, my cousin, my daughter and I did Manda's yoga class in the morning inside a nice airconditioned room (hotel's rooftop area). She was good and even corrected our yoga poses. The next day, only my daughter and I took Manda's yoga class and another good and invigorating session followed. The pool was just the right size to do lengths, not too crowded and gave immense pool time pleasure for my daughter and her 2 cousins(brother and sister)Seminyak area has lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc so if you do not want to eat in the hotel, you can just walk around and let your nose or belly guide you! If you have a chance, try Rustica Cucina Italiana, Jl Batu Belig No.1 kerobokan for homemade pasta. The owner Luigina came out greeting patrons and she is such a lovely host albeit not knowing how to speak Bahasa but her staff are so accomodating(they made an alfredo pasta and shrimp dish for my picky 10 year old daughter)Another worthy restaurant around this hotel, is Papa Lee's Teppanyaki, Jl Petitenget no 100 Kerobokan kelod, the chef will cook your meal in front of you serving such dishes of Chinese origins with wonton noodle soups, dumplings, shia long bao-buns filled with meat, etc....you will not be disappointed.
