Welcome to your memorable home base in historic Seneca Falls, an inviting second-floor 1-bedroom apartment perfectly situated on the shores of Cayuga Lake. Whether you're visiting for a relaxing Finger Lakes retreat, a wine-tasting weekend, or an extended stay, this cozy apartment offers comfort, charm, and all the essentials you need.

Step inside to find a welcoming living space with a private entrance, a full kitchen, and everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the clean, well-maintained bathroom ensures a refreshing start and end to each day. The apartment stays pleasant year-round with heating and air conditioning, and an iron is provided to help keep your clothes looking sharp during your stay.

One of the highlights of this property is its lakeside setting. Guests enjoy dock access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and soaking in the peaceful Cayuga Lake views. There is convenient boat parking right by the house, making it easy to bring along your own watercraft for a true lake-adventure experience. Cayuga Lake State Park is about 1 mile away for a public boat launch.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including:

The lakefront area can be accessed either by walking from the apartment along the grass path or by driving around to the lakeside parking area.

Owners onsite in the main home and may be present outdoors during your stay. We have two friendly dogs who may bark when you first arrive but usually warm up quickly.

Lake access is available during daylight hours only. Swimming, fishing, and launching small non-motorized boats (including the provided kayaks, as well as guests' own paddle boards and canoes) are permitted at your own risk.

Located in beautiful Seneca Falls, you’ll be close to local wineries, charming small towns, and the area’s rich history—including the birthplace of the women’s rights movement. Whether you prefer quiet mornings by the water, afternoons exploring scenic vineyards, or leisurely strolls through town, this apartment places you at the heart of it all.

Great property for a little get away, it’s very clean. The property owner is very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I brought a small boat along and the parking was excellent and easy. Very very good location, you can explore several finger lakes in just a short drive. Great restaurants and amenities in the area, highly recommend!!

A lovely little place right on the water. Has a great kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Property is very well maintained. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, and let us use their kayaks and docks. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

We had a great stay over Fourth of July weekend. The views and proximity to the lake are wonderful and it’s a quiet neighborhood to relax in. It was a very hot weekend but the accommodations were nice and cool and stayed that way throughout. Our hosts were also very friendly and responsive/helpful to the few questions we had. This being dog friendly was a huge plus for us. The hosts were so nice and gave our pup some strawberries to snack on from their garden, which he loved. Check-in/checkout was very convenient, too. Overall, highly recommend.
