Host your next vacation or holiday gathering at Overlook Swim Lodge, a gorgeous three-story Tennessee cabin, complete with an indoor heated pool, game room, theatre, and a private outdoor hot tub. Take a short drive over to Pigeon Forge, the home of Dollywood and so many other fun-filled attractions, shops, and excellent restaurants!

Overlook Swim Lodge is a brand-new cabin that is positively aglow with rich, knotty pine walls, 3 different level decks, and two beautiful fireplaces with all the desirable modern conveniences of home. Overlook Swim Lodge has amble parking to fit 5 vehicles.

The open living area has a plush leather sofa (with pull-out queen), twin matching chairs, and a stone-face electric fireplace. The open concept kitchen has cabinets and drawers stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware, and a full array of appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig. Augment those home-cooked meals with the gas grill located outside on the well-appointed deck. Close by, there's a dining table with seating for twelve and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The main floor also includes two bedrooms which both offer a cozy king-size bed and a large en suite bathroom. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms, two kings and a bunk room all with their own en suite bathrooms. The bunk room is great for children or young adults with four twin mattress and its own attached bathroom with double vanities and shower. With five bedrooms, a furnished loft with a pull-out sofa (queen), and an additional sleeper sofa on the main level, this home sleeps up to 16 guests very comfortably.

While upstairs you can enjoy the full use of our game room featuring a large TV and sitting area, foosball, 2x 2-player premium arcade system with over 18,000 titles. Step outside onto the deck for gorgeous views of the smokies while sitting next to an electric outdoor fireplace. Custom built for our cabin you can enjoy that glass of wine/whiskey while the fireplace keeps you warm on those cool fall and spring nights.

Thanks to the complimentary cellular Wi-Fi, you can easily stream your favorite shows and share photos and videos of your vacation with friends and family back home. Check on the local news and weather or keep up with all your favorite shows on multiple TVs with satellite service. Heading downstairs you will find the huge theatre room with seating for eight. Featuring satellite TV, Blue Ray/DVD player and an 85-inch HD TV, this room is perfect for the latest blockbuster or watching the game with family and friends. Just off the theatre you will find our indoor heated pool. Relax and have a good time while you view those smoky mountains right from the pool! As you head towards the deck you will see our full washer/dryer that is available for your use as well as a half bathroom. We enjoyed a few days in this beautiful cabin. Perfect for our large family. Our kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub. We watched Christmas movies in the large theater room and the cabin was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree. I enjoyed cooking in the modern kitchen. We had a great stay at the Swim Lodge. It was spacious, clean, and best of all the kids loved all the amenities. They loved swimming and watching movies in their pajamas in the theater room. Beautiful Family Vacation Cabin!!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Todd and Emily are great owners and host their response time is incredible and the description of the cabin was spot on! My family and I are already planning are next trip back!

Beautiful views and perfect for a large family with children

We had an amazing time and this Cabin was perfect for our family. We had lots of plans but had a hard time convincing our grandchildren to leave the cabin. The views are gorgeous! I highly recommend this cabin.

Mountain Oasis with stunning views and pool !

We absolutely loved our stay at the property in the Smoky Mountains! It's a beautiful place, and it was the perfect family-friendly getaway. The stunning natural surroundings and cozy accommodations made it a memorable experience for us. Highly recommend it!
