部屋は広く、無料の水が毎日4本置かれていて便利だった。ワイングラスとカップ、お茶と紅茶のティーバックはあったがコーヒーはなく、ホテルの格式からみると貧弱に感じた。ライティングデスクの大きな引き出しには、小さな携帯用裁縫道具がぽつんと置かれていたのみ。 朝食バイキングはとても良かった。

Good hotel with hidden fees

Good location, nice hotel, delicious breakfast. However, did not return deposit, and does not answer inquiries on the matter. If you book, count the deposit as extra fee on top of your booking price.

你不能自由选擇房間溫度,酒店人員表示冬天只能供應暖氣。 酒店內部正進行大規模裝修。噪音灰塵是不可避免。

Very average and will not recommend

Great location it that’s about it. From waiting 30 mins to check in ….. I have no idea why it took at least 10 mins per person to check in it was ridiculous. This together with no attempt to get others to help even after we asked we Just had to wait. It was a poor start. Also they don’t allow individual air con control “all centralised in winter” so bad luck if you don’t like a sauna at night. Front desk Staff need to smile more but cleaners did a great job. Overall I will not stay here again.

Great location on Nanjing Rd, room was excellent with great shower! Internet was not up to standards but overall we were happy with our stay!
