No TV, dirty Lenin bathroom was leaking

Reception folks are very unfriendly and grumpy. Room has no soap and towels were very old and dirty. bathroom has no towel holders and ac water is dripping on head.

The manager denied a room booking when we arrived there and after arguing for half an hour allocated a small dirty room. The linen was torn and the room didn't have the facilities shown on the website. Very limited breakfast option. Don't ever take the breakfast package.

Publié le 10 sept. 2019 sur HotelsA/C did not work for two nights. Gave RO water with full soapy smell in it. No Wi fi. Paid pretty good for the rooms per day but pathetic service and maintainence. Didn’t even offer any reduction until I asked for it. Reduction was 800 ra. Will strongly suggest not to book this hotel. V bad experience. The manager even didn’t see me to address my issues. Very disappointing.

Publié le 11 juill. 2019 sur HotelsThe location of the hotel is awesome. Room condition is ok, but bathrooms are bad. Hot water doesn’t come always. Water Flaucet looses and doesn’t work properly. Bathroom cleanness was very bad.
